Electric Plug Valve

Electric plug valve is a rotary valve with a plunger shaped closure, which can be opened or closed by rotating 90 degrees to connect or separate the channel port on the valve plug and the channel port on the valve body. A plug valve is a valve that uses a plug body with a through-hole as the opening and closing component. The plug body rotates with the valve stem to achieve opening and closing actions. Due to the wiping effect of the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve, and the complete prevention of contact with the flowing medium when fully open, it can also be used for media with suspended particles. Specially made lubricating grease is injected from the top of the plug body into the space between the valve body taper hole and the plug body, forming an oil film to reduce the opening and closing torque, improve sealing performance and service life. Its working Pressure can reach 64MPa, * high working temperature can reach 325 ℃, * * caliber can reach 600mm. There are various forms of channels for plug valves. The common straight through type is mainly used to cut off fluids. Three way and four-way plug valves are suitable for fluid direction change.
