The rotation of the output shaft of the actuator is transmitted to the Hall effect pulse sensor through the speed increasing mechanism, while the axial displacement generated by the axial force of the motor worm is transmitted to the mechanical torque control mechanism (switch mechanism) to achieve valve position and torque control.
The intelligent controller of the electric actuator receives standard analog current control signals, switch control signals, or bus signals, and positions the output shaft of the actuator at the position corresponding to the input signal; It can also be located at the pre-set position of the control system based on interlocking control, two-wire control, or emergency ESD event signals.
